1 container: 3.3lbs/1.5kg Flavor ganaches, Zurimix mousses, custards and batters. Excellent for baked applications, such as sponge cakes, cup cakes, financiers, jaconde, scones, muffins, madeleines, cookies, quick breads, cheesecakes and buttercreams. Use with various N.U.T. products; use also for savory applications, such as vinaigrettes, mayonnaise, mustards, sauces, butter and chutney; simply add 7.5-10 % of paste to your mixed application; use 1.2-1.6oz of paste to 1lb of mixed application or 75-100g of paste to 1kg of mixed application.
