1 box: 22lbs/10kg. A humidity-resistant sugar substitute ideal for pulling, blowing and casting sugar into centerpieces and decorative elements. For best results, simply melt the product by adding 10-15% water and bringing the mixture to a boil at 340F/170C. Note: Cooked sugar (Venuance, isomalt) is potentially dangerous and can cause severe burns if not handled with care. If you are not familiar with the hazards of cooked sugar please work under guidance or supervision of a professional. We do not recommend over-consumption of Venuance products, due to possible gastronomical problems.
