This light, creamy mousse offers a pleasant neutral flavor and great stability ideal for adding personalized flavor combinations. Flavor with fruit powders, purees, extracts, compounds, liqueur concentrates or nut pastes. Use as an individual dessert, layer with sponge or fruits, pipe into chocolate shells or fill mousse cakes.Combine Zurimix and cold water and whip for 3-5 minutes at high speed. Fold in any flavoring. Fold in whipped heavy cream.
