Freeze-stable; fold in fresh herbs, yogurt, or cream cheese for savory applications. 2-Step - 1 box: 6 bags - 2 lbs 3 oz / 1 kg each. Combine Zurimix with stock of your choice. Mix at high speed for 3-5 minutes. Fold in fresh herbs, vegetables, ham or salmon purees.
