It holds up to slicing in cakes and is ideal for individual desserts and piping into chocolate dessert shells. May be flavored with nut pastes, fruit compounds or liqueur concentrates. Combine Zürimix and cold water and whip for 3-5 minutes at high speed. Fold in whipped heavy cream.
