Each bag yields 105oz/3kg or 63 (4oz) portions. Box contains six bags. This rich, creamy white chocolate mousse makes a tasty dessert or suitable filling for a cake. Layer with sponge, mix with fresh fruits, pipe into chocolate dessert cups or wrap with chocolate with transfer sheet patterning. May be flavored with fruit powders, compounds, extracts and liqueur concentrates. Combine Zürimix and cold water and whip for 3-5 minutes at high speed. Fold in whipped heavy cream. Ratio by weight: 1:1:1 (1 kg / 35 oz Zürimix + 1 kg / 35 oz water + 1 kg / 35 oz whipped heavy cream)
