Simple to prepare, this mix makes a light, refreshing dessert when made with milk and a rich, creamy creme brulee when made with cream. FLAN- Combine Zürimix and cold whole milk in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour into any container of choice. CRÈME BRÛLÉE- Same as Flan, instead of whole milk use heavy cream. At the end sprinkler with sugar and caramelize with a torch just before serving. Ratio by weight: 1:10 (1 kg / 35 oz Zürimix + 10 kg / 353 oz whole milk or heavy cream)
