Makes a light, refreshing panna cotta all cioccolata or pot de creme au chocolat with a rich chocolate flavor. Flavor with nut pastes, fruit compounds or extracts. Freeze stable. POT DE CRÈME AU CHOCOLAT- Combine Zürimix and cold heavy cream in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour into any container of choice, refrigerate. PANNA COTTA ALLA CIOCCOLATA- Same as Pot de Crème au Chocolat, instead of cream use half&half. Ratio by weight: 1:5 (1 kg / 35 oz Zürimix + 5 kg / 176 oz half&half or heavy cream)
