Yield per bag: 388oz / 11kg, 96 (4oz portions)(box contains six bags). This traditional dessert is easy to make, un-molds beautifully and offers a smooth mouth feel with a light but creamy texture. Flavored with classic vanilla, it can be varied by adding nut pastes, fruit compounds and extracts. Combine Zürimix and cold half&half in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour into any container of choice, refrigerate. Ratio by weight: 1:10 (1 kg / 35 oz Zürimix + 10 kg / 353 oz half&half)
