It is ideal for filling tarts, eclairs, napoleans and Danish pastries. For flavor variation, add nut pastes or Frutta Prima flavorings. Combine Zürimix and cold whole milk and whip at high speed for 3-5 minutes. Use as is or fold in up to 4 parts (4 kg / 141 oz) of whipped heavy cream to create a pipeable Bavarian cream. Ratio by weight: 1:4 (1 kg / 35 oz Zürimix + 4 kg / 141 oz whole milk)
