Combine Zürimix, cold water and cold heavy cream and whip at high speed for 3-5 minutes. Do not whip longer than 5 minutes. Ratio by weight: 1:1:3 (1 kg / 35 oz Zürimix + 1 kg / 35 oz water + 3 kg / 106 oz heavy cream)
