It adds deep notes to chicken and beef marinades--perfect for grilled dishes! I sneak it into chocolate cookie doughs along with a little black walnut extract for that extra hint of mystery. Obvious, but adding just a touch to any chocolate recipe definitely improves it! Also, if you're feeling slow in the morning, a teaspoon will speed you up faster than a cup of regular coffee.
