Cubed apples flavored with cinnamon make this filling ideal for creating pies, turnovers, Danishes, pastries, bread puddings, crumbles and cobblers. The apples remain solid when baked and firm and juicy when cut. Just fold into Bavarian cream as a dessert alternative, or add nuts and raisins for flavor variation.
