This addition to our Massas, this fondant is completely opaque with a soft consistency for a perfect all-white wedding cake. Use it to enrobe and decorate white chocolate cakes, sponges filled with ganache or to wrap white chocolate mousse petit fours. Dust with Pastry Ideale luster colors for a touch of elegance or color with our Pastry Ideale colors to match any bride's dresses. May be combined with dark or white chocolate modeling (also molding or moulding) paste to give two-tone ribbons or marbling effects on cakes.
