Kirsch is the oldest eau-de-vie, going back to the 18th century. Pure Kirsch is obtained only through the distillation of cherries. No other ingredients are added. It is comprised of 100% fruit. Do not mistake this for Comki which is only 25% pure kirsch and 75% neutral alcohol.
