1 canister: 1oz/28.3g. Violet color. Water-soluble colors for Massa rolled fondant, gum paste, sugar, marzipan, buttercream, ganache and mousse. Dissolve in water or add directly to product.

The amethyst powder color turned to blue..., 4.6.2010 Reviewer: kathy odom (Camdenton, MO) The amethyst in our butter cream was a lovely lavender but in the Massa Neutral is turned blue....in our homemade fondant it was the true lavender that I expected with the Massa. What do you think?
